Mahabodhi Temple is one of the UNESCO’s world heritage sites. This temple is a Buddhist temple of Bodh Gaya and signifies the place where the Buddha is said to have attained enlightenment. The site contains the descendent of the great ‘Bodhi Tree’. This temple is made up of bricks and is considered to be the fine example of the Indian brickwork.
